Strong foundation
Since the establishment of separate company in 1947 by Dipl Ing Hans Bibus, BIBUS has continuously developed. Meanwhile, we look to an equally interesting and successful business history. Some milestones we would like to show here.
1947
Founding of BIBUS AG, Switzerland, by Dipl. Ing. Hans Bibus
1952
Felix Bibus, the founder's son, joins the company
1974
BIBUS Holding AG is founded.
1987
Christian Bibus joins the company.
1989
Conrad M. Ulrich-Bibus joins.
1990
The first subsidiary outside Switzerland is founded. With its shareholding in MPL AG,
the BIBUS Group adds an electronics segment to its technology and materials divisions.
1998
Shares and the Group management are transferred to the third generation.
2010
After Europe and Eastern Europe, the BIBUS Group expands into Asia.
2020
With Conrad C. Ulrich, the fourth generations joins the company.
